Eyeliner comes in different forms like pencil, gel, or liquid. I am not expert in eye-makeup so my eyes are always on eyeliner markers as I feel that they are easy to apply. As far as the colors are concerned , there are unlimited colors but for daily use black eyeliners are the best...
